Terms and conditions

Our general terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law and are legally binding in their Dutch version. Summary of the key points for English-speaking clients:

• Fixed-price packages; quotes valid 30 days. Project packages are invoiced 50 % at kick-off, 50 % on delivery; payment within 14 days.
• Each quote lists measurable acceptance criteria. If a criterion is still not met after one remediation round (max. 15 working days), the second instalment is waived. That is the sole remedy; the first instalment remains due for the analysis and work delivered.
• Subscriptions (hosting, management) run 12 months, then monthly with 1 month's notice. On termination you receive a full data export and the server configuration within 30 days — no lock-in.
• Liability is capped at the amount paid for the engagement in the preceding 12 months, max. € 10,000; no liability for indirect damage.
• Personal data is processed only in the EU or on your premises under a data processing agreement; AI runs locally.
• Belgian law applies; courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction.
